Account & Settings

How do I change my country or region?

If you need to update the country associated with your Linkkit account, please contact our support team. For security and compliance reasons, country changes are reviewed and processed manually.


How can I change my profile type?

If you need to switch between an Individual and Company profile, please contact Linkkit Support. Our team will review your request and help update your account if applicable.


How do I update my profile information?

You can update your personal information at any time by navigating to Profile Settings.

From there, you can edit details such as:

  • Profile photo
  • Display name
  • Email address
  • Job title
  • Bio
  • Notification preferences

Some account details may require verification before changes can be applied.


How do I update my email address?

You can change your email address from Profile Settings. Depending on your account settings, you may be asked to verify your new email before the update is completed.

If you're unable to update your email, contact Linkkit Support for assistance.


How do I change my password?

Open Profile Settings → Security and select Change Password. Enter your current password, choose a new secure password, and save your changes.

If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in page.


Workspace & Team

How do I invite team members?

Navigate to Workspace Settings → Team Members, then click Invite Member. Enter the user's email address, assign a role, and send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your workspace.


Can I change a team member's role?

Yes. Workspace administrators can update user roles and permissions at any time from the Team Members page.


How do I remove a team member?

Open Workspace Settings → Team Members, select the member you want to remove, and choose Remove Member.

Once removed, the user will no longer have access to your workspace or its resources.


Short Links

How do I edit a short link?

Go to the Links page, select the short link you'd like to update, and edit its destination URL, title, tags, expiration date, or other available settings.

Any changes are saved immediately.


Can I change the destination URL after creating a link?

Yes. You can update the destination URL of most short links without changing the short URL itself, allowing you to redirect visitors to a new destination whenever needed.


Can I create branded short links?

Yes. If you've connected a custom domain to your Linkkit workspace, you can create branded short links using your own domain instead of the default Linkkit domain.


QR Codes

How do I generate a QR code?

Open any short link in Linkkit and select Generate QR Code. You can customize the design, download the QR code, and use it across digital or printed materials.


Are QR code scans tracked?

Yes. Every QR code scan is recorded in your analytics dashboard, allowing you to monitor engagement alongside regular link clicks.


Analytics

Why aren't my clicks appearing in Analytics?

Analytics data may take a short time to process. If clicks still don't appear after several minutes, verify that:

  • The link is active.
  • Visitors are using the correct URL.
  • Ad blockers or browser extensions aren't affecting your testing.
  • Analytics tracking is enabled for the link.

If the issue persists, contact Linkkit Support.


What analytics does Linkkit provide?

Linkkit provides detailed insights, including:

  • Total clicks

Conversion Tracking

How do I track conversions?

Linkkit supports conversion tracking, allowing you to connect visitor clicks with meaningful actions such as sign-ups, purchases, or completed goals.

Follow the Conversion Tracking documentation to configure your tracking implementation.


Why isn't my conversion showing?

If a conversion hasn't appeared in your dashboard, check that:

  • Conversion tracking has been configured correctly.
  • The tracking event is firing successfully.
  • The visitor originally arrived through a tracked Linkkit link.
  • The attribution window hasn't expired.

If everything appears correct and the issue continues, contact Linkkit Support.


Billing & Subscription

How do I upgrade my plan?

Open SettingsBilling to compare available plans and upgrade your subscription.

Your new features become available immediately after the upgrade is confirmed.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. Your paid features will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.
